TIGERBITE MINI CRUSHERS

Welcome to MiniCrushers.com, the new official U.S. distributor for Tigerbite Mini Crushers. Based in Frederick, Colorado, we bring these British-built compact crushers to American job sites. We offer sales nationwide (with delivery to your location) and local rentals through our partner Rusty Rental – plus we're an authorized Tigerbite service and repair center with a full stock of parts to support your machine

The Tigerbite 425 Mini Crusher is a compact mobile jaw crusher designed to recycle construction debris on-site. Don’t be fooled by its size – at just 29 inches (730 mm) wide, it can process about 6–8 tonnes of material per hour, turning broken bricks, blocks, or concrete into usable aggregate. By crushing waste on the spot, you eliminate haul-away fees and reduce the need to buy new gravel or fill.

In short, the Tigerbite lets you crush it on-site and save – saving money, time, and labor for your project.

Key benefits of the Tigerbite 425:

  • Eliminate waste removal costs (crush and reuse material instead of paying for haul-off)
  • Reduce buying new aggregate (use the crushed output as backfill or base)
  • Decrease landfill waste (less debris ends up in dumps)

Q: What is the crushing capacity of the Tigerbite 425 Mini Crusher? A: The Tigerbite 425 crushes between 6–8 tonnes of material per hour (about 3–6 tonnes of mixed concrete), breaking it down to roughly 40 mm size (1.5-inch pieces) and even dust. This high output allows you to quickly reduce piles of brick, stone, or concrete on-site.
Q: What materials can the Tigerbite 425 crush? A: This mini crusher handles common construction and landscaping debris – including bricks, concrete, blocks, and slabs. Its jaw opening is 400 mm x 250 mm (about 16″ x 10″), so any pieces that size or smaller can be fed into the crusher. (Note: It’s best to remove large metal like rebar before crushing, as the Tigerbite is designed for crushing rock, brick, and concrete – concrete with rebar should not go through the crusher.)
Q: How compact is the Tigerbite 425? Will it fit through a gate or doorway? A: Yes. The Tigerbite 425 is only 730 mm wide – about 29 inches – and around 6 feet long, so it can easily roll through standard yard gates, alleyways, or doorways. It weighs about 1.2 tonnes (around 2,600 lbs), and with its fold up conveyor, the machine’s length can be reduced for transport.
Q: What engine powers the Tigerbite 425? A: The Tigerbite 425 runs on a Vanguard 400 gasoline engine (approx. 14 hp). That means it’s completely self-contained – no external power source needed. Just fill it with standard unleaded gas, and it’s ready to operate.
