MiniCrusher feature

COMPACT AND POWERFUL

The Tigerbite’s jaw opening is 16 inches x 10 inches (400mm x 250mm), and it features hydraulically adjustable jaws that let you vary the output size from about 1 inch to 4.7 inches (25mm up to 120mm) . You can even adjust the jaw during operation, to fine-tune your output or clear a blockage if needed. Despite its small footprint, this crusher can process 6–8 tonnes of material per hour on average – turning demolition waste into reusable Type 1 aggregate (road base) that’s ready to use on site. Powered by 14hp petrol engine (Briggs & Stratton Vanguard) drives a heavy-duty hydraulic system to crush material quickly and efficiently.

  • KEY FEATURES

The Tigerbite 425 comes standard with features that make your work easier and safer. A built-in dust suppression system (spray) helps control dust while crushing. The conveyor for discharged material is foldable, so when you’re done, you can swing it up to minimize the machine’s length for transport. Under 29 inches wide, the Tigerbite is extremely compact – you can maneuver it through tight access points its track-based undercarriage makes it self-propelled and easy to position on site.
  • BUILD QUALITY

Tigerbite crushers are built with the best-quality material in mind. The frame of the 425 is made from hard-wearing Hardox 450 steel. This build means the machine can handle tough workloads day after day. Maintenance is straightforward with easy access to the engine, hydraulics and grease points for servicing. We supply genuine Tigerbite OEM parts for any replacements (see our Parts page), so you can be confident in the reliability of your crusher.
